Delivery of items

When you order products from our online shop, you accept the Terms and conditions of our website.

The prices listed at www.brickfielder.co.uk are for 1 shirt, VAT included.

The shipments are delivered  by the courier of DHL or Royal Mail.

Deliveries within the EU

The prices of the products and the shipment prices for EU countries include VAT.

Deliveries outside the European Community

For countries which are not members of the European Community, VAT is not added to the prices of the products listed at www.brickfielder.co.uk. The VAT should be deducted automatically from the basket of items you have selected, immediately before paying them. You should fill in the delivery address in advance, when you register at the website.

All taxes, duties and customs fees shall be paid by the customer.

Delivery process

Your order will be processed within two working days and then it will be given to the courier of DHL or Royal Mail.

At the actual sending of the shipment, you will be notified by e-mail of the name of the courier that will visit you and you will be given more shipment details.

The listed days required for delivery begin from the day after the shipment is sent. One working day is defined as any working day except Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.

If your country is not listed, please, e-mail us at info@brickfielder.co.uk so we can notify you of the price of your shipment.

When you need an invoice, the delivery address does not have to be the same as the address on the invoice. This may be the case when the delivery address is, for example, your workplace.

If the recipient cannot be found at the listed address or refuses to accept the shipment for any reason whatsoever, the courier will do everything possible to return the unaccepted package to the sender (the online shop). This return shipment of the goods to the manufacturer's /seller's warehouse will be paid in full by the customer who refused to accept the package.

The days necessary to effect the specific shipments are given by the courier of DHL. This means that www.brickfielder.co.uk is not responsible for any shipments delayed by the courier. If any package is lost or remains undelivered due to fault of the courier, www.brickfielder.co.uk will try as soon as possible to deliver the order one more time after the informed consent of the customer.

Return of delivered items

Whatever the reason for return of a golf shirt purchased from www.brickfielder.co.uk may be, please, contact our Customer Department first:  info@brickfielder.co.uk  to arrange the process.

Each registered user is entitled to return the items purchased by him/her within 14 days from receiving the purchased items. The Brickfielder mens golf shirt should be returned in the original packaging, in which it was delivered. The documents enclosed to the original delivery must also be returned.

Any return effected later than the specified term and in non-compliance with the listed requirements will be done only at Brickfielder's discretion and against exchange for another product, not against recovery of the paid amount.

The period, within which you can return items purchased from www.brickfielder.co.uk, is 28 days. If the returned products do not arrive within this period, the return will be rejected.

Exchange of golf shirts is possible only when they are purchased from our online shop. In such cases, you will pay the costs for the return of the item you would like to be exchanged and, respectively, for the delivery of a new item.

If you, for any reason whatsoever, would like to return a shirt, please, do not forget that www.brickfielder.co.uk accepts products returned in their original condition. The item should not display any signs of wear. The same terms and conditions apply for discounted items purchased from our online shop. When you send an item back to our warehouse, please, do not forget to keep your package delivery note in case the package has to be tracked. As our registered user, you have the legal obligation to take good care of our products while they are at your disposal. If you do not honour this obligation, we will be entitled to file a compensation claim against you.

Return of damaged or unclean golf shirts shall not be accepted. In such cases, their price shall not be recovered. If you would like to receive back a damaged clothing item, you would have to pay for its delivery again.

Your money will be returned immediately following quality inspection of the returned package. If you paid with a credit card, the recovery of the paid price will usually be finalised within 3-5 days.

If a specific product purchased at our online shop, www.brickfielder.co.uk, does not meet the quality criteria of Brickfielder Ltd, please, send an e-mail to info@brickfielder.co.uk first and we will get back to you shortly. In such cases, you are entitled to compensation of the full price of the purchased item or its exchange with a new one and the shipment costs will be paid by us.

Our company policy allows exchange with another model, colour or size, depending on the availability, or return of the unwanted clothing item. In such cases, the aforementioned terms and conditions will apply.
